Return & Exchange Policy

Not your favorite? No worries!

We accept items back for store credit via gift card or exchange only.

The items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke), animal hair, and/or make-up. If you send back an item that does not meet this criteria, we will send it back to you with a note explaining why your return was not accepted.

Discount codes and coupons are not refundable.

Orders paid with Gift Cards will be refunded to the Gift Card first.

Exchanges must be started within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us to start the process.  

FINAL SALE
Items that are FINAL SALE include: undergarments (bras, underwear), hats, jewelry, any free gifts, or if mentioned in special promotion. Sale items are Final Sale.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Upon receiving your new items, try them on, make sure they fit, take some selfies - we want to see how great you look and to hear how much you LOVE your items! If you think you have received a defective item, Contact us via email at audsandendsboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We do our absolute best to ensure that every item shipped is free from defects. However, in the instance that this happens, it will be handled on a case by case basis.

We are NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging, or improper washing. Please also make sure you remove tags with a scissor vs ripping them out- as that may cause a hole to your garment and deem it not returnable.
